Leonardo da Vinci Florence was the first school to be launched by this successful group of Italian language schools who now also have schools in Rome, Siena and Milan. Founded in 1977, the Florence school is centrally located and has beautiful views of the famous Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. At all Leonardo da Vinci schools, excellent teaching is combined with cultural immersion to make sure your language skills improve as much as possible during your stay.
Leonardo da Vinci Florence is housed in an old palazzo building close to lovely restaurants and cafes. Here you can combine your Italian course with various interesting cultural activities to help you learn more about the world of Italian wine, cuisine, culture or art. Alternatively, you can choose to study towards taking an Italian language exam or, for those aged 50 and above, you can combine your language lessons with an activity program whilst studying with other students of the same age.
The school organizes a varied activity program for its students' free time. This may include day trips to Siena, Pisa, Chianti, Lucca, Cinque Terre or San Gimignano, meals out in traditional restaurants, guided tours of the city, museums trips, film viewings and nights out.
